GP Series General Purpose Plastisol Ink
POWERED BY RHINOTECH
- Phthalate Free, Ready to use
- Suitable for heat sensitive fabrics
- Superior adhesion to nylon fabrics
- Ideal for printing on bleed prone textile substrates
- Low bleed property resists dye migration
- Superb opacity for dark colored backgrounds
In Compliance with CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) 2008 Section 101 Lead Content in substrates (<300 ppm lead) as Section 108 Phthalates (<.1% DBP DEHP,DINP,DIDP)
General Purpose Plastisol Ink/PF-GP Series is formulated with a unique low viscosity and perfect consistency for printing straight from container.
General Purpose Plastisol Ink/PF-GP Series may eliminate The need for modifiers and save production time in the process. It provides super soft-hand finish on most textile substrates, especially White and light-colored garments.
Note: Pre-test on actual substrate before any full production run, for adhesion, wash fastness and other desired effects.
All colors are formulated using non leaded pigments. *Other colors available upon request. Contact us for more details!
Durable, soft-hand finish.
Available low-bleed opaque colors; formulated using non-leaded pigments.
Mesh counts up to 355 mono-filament polyester (142T European Mesh).
Dual-sensitized direct method photo emulsion or SBQ pre-sensitized photo emulsion or equivalent
Heat-cure at approximately 320°F (160°C) for 1 to 3 minutes. Will not air-dry.
To reduce ink viscosity with RE703 or RE704, add 5% or less (by weight of ink). Reducer is to be used very sparingly and only when necessary. RE705 can be added up 10 to 20% (by weight of ink) if color shade is not crucial.
When printing textiles, use a medium/ hard (65-85 durometer) squeegee.
Plastisols respond to heat. Always store at cool room temperatures below 90°F (32°C). Avoid exposing inks to elevated temperatures before printings.
1- quart (0.945 Liter), 1-gallon (3.78 Liters), 5-gallon (18.9 Liters) containers. *Drums available in 30-gallon (113.4 Liters) and 55-gallon (207.9 Liters).
