Minilite Series Washout Booths

Having a high quality, well designed washout booth is critical in the proper cleaning and preparation of screens. Your ink and emulsion can be power washed off the screen which will be contained within the sink. This will consequently keep other areas of your shop stay clean and dry. Constructed of durable polypropylene plastic, it will withstand years and years of daily washing, emulsion, and ink reclamation. In addition, Polypropylene will also deaden the vibration caused by high pressure sprayers making them much quieter when compared to stainless steel or galvanized metal booths. You may also want to add a filtration system to protect your shop and be more eco-friendly. Nowadays, many local authorities require some type of filtration for screen printers. Be ahead of the game and filter your water before you are required to. The M-10 Filtration System catches the water and debris as it drains from the sink. It will go through 3 stages of filtration before entering the drain. As a result, a cleaner shop helps for a cleaner environment.

Washout Booth Assembly Instructions:

Packaging includes: Base, 2 Side Panels, 1 Back Panel, 4 Legs, Mounting Hardware, and Sealant

First, remove all included pieces from inside the box. Start by placing base upside down on a level surface to attach legs with included hardware. Leg assembly is placed on the inside wall of the base, and bolts are inserted from the outside in. Next add a washer, lock washer, and nut and hand tighten. Attach the remaining 3 bolts and finish by tightening all with a wrench. Slots have been drilled in base for easier install of the legs.

Flip the unit over onto its legs. Place side panels inside the booth and loosely attach with mounting hardware. The lips of the side panel will be placed on the backside of the base. Next, you will want to place the back panel but not attach it. Make sure the holes on the back panel line up with the holes on the base and side panels. Once back panel direction is set, remove the panel and add caulking to the side edges and bottom edge. Reinstall the back panel carefully and add the bolts, washer, lock washer, and nut. Finish by tightening all the bolts on the unit with a wrench.

With 2 people, flip the unit over onto the legs and place in the desired position. Attach plumbing or position filtration system, plug into the nearest outlet and you are done.
